Despite the opposition of many superpowers and powerful countries, under the leadership of the then Prime Minister of the country Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, our country conducted a successful nuclear test at Pokhran and took our country forward in the race of nuclear technology. This step taken by Atalji decided the positive direction of the country’s technology. That was the golden day on May 11, 1998. The day is celebrated to honor the hard work done by the country’s scientists and technologists to make India proud. Today technology is progressing beyond human thought. The current Prime Minister of the country Shri. Narendra Modi has taken steps to lead the country in technological advancement with his visionary policies. The success of Chandrayaan and Mangalyaan catapulted the country’s technology into space. Today we are getting facilities like 20 km roads per day, smart agriculture, economical fuel, modern education, secure healthcare and 5G internet services through this technology. This technology has made our lives comfortable. This technology has widened the horizons of human thought.
