He was a spoiled, trust fund brat who murdered his entire family for the family fortune. There is so much to get into with this story. It's infuriating, fascinating, tragic, and really is a testament to how money/wealth really warps human's brains. I'm FINALLY back this week with the conclusion to the Phantom Killer case. And unfortunately, this will be the last video for 2023. Jeff hurting his back and me having to play caregiver for over two weeks, on top of getting some casting work, has just left me far behind. In very much the vein of cases like the Zodiac and Son of Sam, today's case involves a masked (?) gunman who hunted down people parked in their cars at night and shot them dead. Another thing that makes this case fascinating to look at is just how much mass hysteria and fear plagued the small community of Texarkana and surrounding areas. Hello, hello and welcome to another #CrimeDive Today, we'll be diving into the case of the Dardeen Family, who were all brutally murdered. Elaine Dardeen was pregnant when she was killed and, unfortunately, her premature baby, who was born as she was killed, was also murdered. This case was cold for over a decade before infamous serial killer, Tommy Lynn Sells, confessed to the crime. However, there are some who think he is not the real killer and that the real killer has never been identified. Today's case leaves a real question mark on whether or not it's been solved. Tommy was never charged or prosecuted for the murders and he was executed in 2014 in Texas. The Dardeen case still remains officially open and there was many questions on whether or not it will ever officially be closed. Hello and happy spoooooky season!👻 Today's case was one that was suggested to my dad by an employee at a shop he frequents. Today, we'll be talking about the unsolved, still active case regarding the disappearance of Logan Schiendelman, who was just 19 when he vanished. What makes this case even more tragic is that Logan was going through a wee bit of a difficult time when he disappeared. Logan is biracial with his father being Saudi Arabian and his mother being biracial herself (she is half white and half Black). It was around the general time he disappeared, that Logan was questioning his race, his ethnicity; his whole identity really. You see, Logan's father was not a part of his life and the Black side of his mother's family was also not in his life, leaving Logan to be primarily raised by the white side of his family, in a predominately white town. And as Logan got older and really started experiencing racism, he began to question his background. Logan upped and disappeared one morning after talking to his grandmother about an "epiphany" he had. She didn't get the chance for him to elaborate what he meant because she had to go to work at that moment but she promised they'd sit down and talk that evening after they both got home. Unfortunately, she never got that chance; this would be the last conversation she would have with her grandson. Logan disappeared shortly after this. It's a really sad one today, sadder still that this case is still unsolved. There's been no sign or trace of Logan in 7 years, leading to a lot of theories as to what could have possibly happened to him. I was working at a hotel & a girl went missing that stayed there for a weekend w/ her 2 yr old little boy...I went down a 🐇🕳 & no one was talking about her. I said screw it & decided to film a video. That's where it started...Leila Cavett, I think about her every day. She still hasn't been found 😔 look her case up on my channel (don't judge or do bc they bad lol). That case is when I decided to start covering missing, unsolved + questionable cases in general. I hope you enjoy & ty for being here!
