Hablar sin máscaras sobre la depresión, los ataques de pánico y la ansiedad. La importancia de escuchar nuestro cuerpo, saber que quieres y que NO deseas en tu vida . Balance palabra ⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️ El pedir ayuda cuando lo requieras y desde la vulnerabilidad,dar mi granito porque no hay vida perfecta. Lo importante es saber tus valores y con quien los compartes, rodearte de esa gente vitamina que te enseñan a ser, mejor Ser Humano . Esto no lo planeé , Dios me llevó y me sigue llevando a CREER . A confiar aún cuando , no veo resultados inmediatos, o las cosas cambian en mi vida . Busco mis herramientas 🧰 Me elijo . Lo importante , para mí desde que elegí compartir mi experiencia reseteate , ha sido el aprendizaje durante todo el proceso. Escribir ✍🏻 ha sido sanador , retorne , a esos espacios como cuando estoy en mi mat de yoga , en una pose , desaprender lo aprendido, hacer cómodo lo desconocido . POST 6/6 Ultime considerazioni: installare impianti di comunità efficienta di molto i costi rispetto a una moltitudine di impianti. I costi fissi per l’avvio dei lavori vengono ridotti moltissimo e vi è anche solamente una pratica burocratica di connessione alla rete. Spesso inoltre nei condomini effettuare una ripartizione per l’utilizzo del tetto non è semplice, con la Comunità tutti i membri ne usufruiscono allo stesso modo senza l’esigenza di trovare accordi. L’energia viene consumata istantaneamente dalla comunità quindi anche le batterie di accumulo possono essere più ridotte o totalmente assenti. Oltre agli aspetti ambientali vi sono quindi grandi efficienze e benefici economici e sociali. Anche le reti di distribuzione ne beneficiano moltissimo visto che non devono trasportare l’energia per lunghe tratte. POST 5/6 Sostegni economici: per innescare e far partire queso nuovo modello di produrre e consumare energia è stato pianificato un incentivo “sull’energia condivisa” tra i membri della CER. La comunità installa l’impianto di energia rinnovabile, l'energia prodotta può essere utilizzata direttamente dalla comunità o, se in eccesso, può essere immessa nella rete elettrica locale. All’energia in eccesso immessa verrà riconosciuto un valore economico determinato dai prezzi sui mercati energetici. La vera rivoluzione è tuttavia “l’energia condivisa” ovvero l’energia prodotta in un determinato momento e che viene istantaneamente consumata da uno dei membri della CER. Più è alta la quota di auto consumo condiviso (solitamente in un impianto tradizionale non è possibile andare oltre il 30% senza aggiungere batterie) e più l’incentivo riconosciuto sarà altro. Diventa quindi importante aggregarsi con altri soggetti anche eterogenei, in modo che ciascuno possa contribuire nell’auto consumo in differenti momenti della giornata. POST 3/6 Entriamo nel vivo: quali tipologie di Comunità di Energia Rinnovabile esistono e chi può farne parte? Ecco alcune tipologie: 1.Comunità Residenziali: Gruppi di famiglie (abitazioni bifamigliari, o trifamigliari ad esempio) o individui che si uniscono (caso dei condomini) per installare e condividere impianti di energia rinnovabile sulle loro proprietà residenziali. In questo caso la tipologia di comunità energetica prende il nome di Gruppo di Autoconsumatori Collettivi #GAC 2. Comunità Commerciali e Industriali: Aziende, industrie, centri commerciali, possono formare Comunità di Energia Rinnovabile per soddisfare parte o l'intero fabbisogno energetico delle loro attività #CER 3. Comunità Locali: Le autorità locali o i comuni possono sviluppare progetti di energia rinnovabile per alimentare edifici pubblici e servizi locali #CER 4. POST 2/6 Prima di tutto: definizioni! Le Comunità di Energia Rinnovabile (CER) sono iniziative in cui gruppi di individui, aziende o comunità locali si uniscono per condividere e beneficiare di energia autoprodotta proveniente da fonti rinnovabili, come il sole, il vento o l'acqua. In questo contesto l'energia rinnovabile viene generata attraverso l'installazione di pannelli fotovoltaici che sfruttano risorse naturali rinnovabili inesauribili ☀️. La produzione di energia avviene in modo locale, permettendo alla comunità di ridurre la dipendenza dalle fonti tradizionali di energia e contribuire alla riduzione delle emissioni inquinanti e di gas a effetto serra. Immagina che la tua casa sia parte di una micro rete che alimenta la città. Un'energia diffusa, verde, sostenibile, che non lascia indietro nessuno. I membri di queste comunità possono usufruire dell'energia prodotta in loco, riducendo i costi energetici e condividendo i benefici della sostenibilità ambientale.
