— Nepal y su gente — Durante nuestra travesía por tierras nepalíes nos cruzamos con mucha gente generosa y agradable, pero quería mencionar a estos dos héroes de la hospitalidad: - @thakur.nabraj, camarero en @yalacafe. Caímos en esa cafetería de casualidad, recién llegados a Nepal y sin haber dormido en muchas horas. La hospitalidad de Thakur y su interés por ayudarnos durante nuestro viaje fue descomunal y esto hizo que lo visitáramos en dos ocasiones más durante nuestras idas y venidas a Katmandú. Un genio. - El dueño del restaurante Shree Lumbini Tandoori & Naan House ubicado en el distrito de Thamel (Katmandú), el cual, por desgracia, no puedo mencionar, ya que no tengo su nombre. Estábamos celebrando el cumpleaños de Paula. A los 10 minutos de estar sentados sin tener aún comida en la mesa, apareció este señor con una tarta y se unió a nuestra fiesta. Que conste en acta que hablábamos en castellano y este señor entendió lo que estábamos celebrando sin decírselo y sin entender castellano. Cómo diría Will Guidara: “Unreasonable hospitality out in the world” Con estos dos ejemplos solo intento transmitir el cariño que recibimos en este pequeño gran país. Hay cosas que debemos vivir al menos una vez en la vida y no es otra que dejarte abrazar por la hospitalidad nepalesa. #Namaste

Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) was a sensory overload. The chaotic streets were alive with the sound of motorbikes and the aroma of street food. I was fascinated by the contrast between the modern skyscrapers and the historic French colonial buildings. The War Remnants Museum moved me deeply - I’ve never cried more in a museum. The history of Vietnam is both painful and dramatic, marked by decades of conflict and resilience. Had the best Pho in my life here from @pho_hand_made 🍲 and the view from @lavelasaigonhotel was mesmerizing.
