The most beautiful thing about Pennsylvania is its nature. The greenery is a blessing from Allah and always puts me in awe SubhanAllah. I know at times I will miss my home state and I’ll long for its beautiful scenery and the beautiful souls I left behind. As the time gets closer and closer, as I give away more and more stuff, it’s almost like I’m in denial that in just 2 short weeks I will be on a plane with 7 suitcases of all of our belongings on our way to my husbands homeland to restart our lives and inshallah settle down, plant roots, grow our family, give our children the opportunity they deserve to grow up around Muslims instead of Islamophobia, and to inshallah grow up with the love of Islam instead of feeling ashamed or embarrassed to be different (which is very common in Muslim children growing up in the US) May Allah guide all of our children to his straight path 🤲 #pennsylvania #beautifulscenery #backyard #pennsylvaniaisbeautiful #america #unitedstatesofamerica #usa #movingabroad #traveler #leavingtheusa #muslim #muslimfamily #saudi #saudiarabia #pennsylvanianature #nature #trees #backyardbeauty #blog

Veggies are planted, pool is “open,” and the golfers are golfin’ ⛳️ This year we got tamaytas, pataytahs, cucumbas, pepahs, sellerie, unyins, bayzil (or bazil, for those across the pond), rowsmarie, and for this year’s undoubtable non-survivor, a lemun tree 🍋 (Tips are welcome) This year, I mixed in some earthworm castings to the soil and will be giving them some LiquiDirt for its first watering.
