Объявлены торги по выбору подрядчика для строительства школы в микрорайоне “Тихие зори”. Начальная (максимальная) цена контракта - 1,6 млрд. рублей. Заявки на участие будут принимать до 14 мая, а уже 17 мая должен стать известен победитель. По условиям контракта к работам по строительству подрядчик должен приступить с 1 августа этого года, а уже 28 февраля 2026 года новая школа на 1550 мест должна быть готова принять учеников. Проектом предусмотрены два больших спортивных зала, один из которых рассчитан на занятия для детей с повышенными потребностями (для них предусмотрены отдельные раздевалки), спортзал гимнастики и аэробики, спортзал специальной медицинской группы, тренажерный зал, а также для маломобильных групп будут и лифты. Также проектом предусмотрены актовый зал, большой пищеблок, мастерские, студия музыки и комнаты для детей начальных классов, которые остаются после уроков на продленке. На пришкольной территории — футбольное поле со специальным покрытием и беговыми дорожками.
