Happy Wednesday! Legs!
Busy day! Got a lot done. Started the day by getting my membership for the pool! Those things sell out fast! Probably gone now and today was the first day to get them!
Then to the gym. Had to wait for the first Wednesday of the month siren testing (it’s a dog thing), then it was on! I haven’t worked this hard on legs in a while! I was worn out! May have come home for a nap…
Then to the track for walkies. My pace was slower than usual, but my legs were not cooperating!! They were tired. But I got it done.
Food still good. Definitely got my water in today!
