With getting older , comes the ability to understand we are not all the same in challenges we face in life. But we ALL STRUGGLE.. with understanding this comes , knowing it truly is more difficult for some people to lose weight than others . Due to health struggles. I have a lot of issues that make it more difficult, had my thyroid removed , have #pcos , am on medications that have weight gain side effects. Even my primary care dr said , for some people , you exercise, eat right, and let the weight fall where it may. ❤️✌️ if you are doing the best you can , know , it’s enough! Some people’s natural weight as they get into their 30s just isn’t thin without drastic measures like weight loss surgery! It’s ok !
