Self care tips âŹïžâŹïž
One of THE most important self care strategies,
(yes Iâm calling it a strategy because consistent self care requires deliberate planning, execution and problem solving)âŠIs setting boundaries with yourself and others.
Boundaries that serve a clear purpose, arenât wishy washy but not so rigid that you create more issues for yourself.
The boundaries you need to set will vary depending on who you are, the people you have in your space, how you spend your time and what youâre trying to achieve. Think time boundaries, emotional boundaries etc.
But as a start try these journaling prompts to get thinking about where boundaries might be helpful in improving your quality of life.

Quick tip: I usually set 5 minutes a day aside for journaling. Any longer than that and I always manage to put it off.
