But also sharing how our uniqueness can be tapped into for empowerment.

Some use movement to learn (revising whilst on a running machine), some use colour and music, some join accountability groups with peers, some can only get into the right mindset with a couple of hours sleep the night before!

Once again, it is a privilege to witness how resourceful these young people are and how delighted they are to meet others like them.

Community is everything if you're neurodivergent. But if you're young and neurodivergent it's like gold.
