Long ago, the fairy race would visit the human Celtic lands, they would stay for a while enchanting those who crossed their path and then return to their immortal lands. The fairy folk worked with the flora, fauna and land to slip through the veil between the two worlds. There are still many magical places in this land where time moves a little slower and man’s hand has not had an impact on the land and its creatures. Today has been a big organising day! Simon and I visited Sue @theempireplantsback to plan the set up of my upcoming Glasshouse gallery exhibition of my enchanted mugs inspired by the Whispers From The Woods oracle deck. The exhibition opens April 20th and runs for two weeks. All original mugs will be available fur sale via @theempireplantsback and online @theempireplantsback If you have seen one that’s caught your eye be ready to make it yours! I also visited Lisa @kuhlframing to organise framing for a couple of pieces for the upcoming @theempireplantsback Small Wonders exhibition that starts May 2nd. The theme is Metamorphosis and I have two ceramic pieces and one print in the exhibition and my mum, Marleen Morgans, has an original watercolour painting included. I can’t wait to see them framed!
