My lack of education really… …became the very driving force that has helped me become a teacher and educator in the world of human behaviour. Leaving school without any qualifications or having a trade to use and apply for work at that time.. … became in later years a void so big that set me off on a path that continues to this day of self education, that path eventually turned into educating and teaching others. In the last 20 years as a coach I have constantly been educating myself to learn more, completing courses and certifications.. .. travelling to meet mentors, buying books and in travelling around the world to seminars it’s been something I consistently do to upgrade my knowledge. I was someone who hated school leaving how I did I felt that I lacked education but that void eventually helped me become someone who loves to speak and teach and educate others.. …you see the very things in our lives that we thought had been missing most become the very driving forces that create who we become and what we truly value.. … our voids shape our values, our values dictate our destiny. It is something that I love deep diving into with my clients and when they start to connect the dots in it all.. .. it is is a powerful realisation to see what has been truly driving what they value and instead of seeing something that was missing as negative.. ..to see it for what it really is something to be grateful for because it’s shaped them to become who they are. It was filthy, had large surface #cracks #voids #chipping and busted off areas. We brought in our #SILVERBACKEPOXY and filled in all the cracks , and surface imperfections, silverback epoxy is ideal for repairing concrete because it cures up 3x to 5x harder than #concrete and can put up with 7x to 10k psi of resistance (movement) without chipping and busting, plus it's tweaked specifically to be walked 🚶♀️ on and for #uvrays ....
