Which #recipe would you try?👇 by @That.veganbabe 1️⃣ DATE PASTE!!!! 🍭😋 ✨INGREDIENTS✨ 1 lb medjool dates 1.5 cups water for soaking 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt 🙌 First soak your dates in water for 3 hours to soften. This will make it easier for the dates to blend! 🎉Strain and reserve the water then add your dates into a blender with the vanilla and a pinch of salt. 💦 Add water as needed to thin until you’re able to blend. I used a little over a cup of the reserved water. Store and enjoy!!! 🤗 2️⃣ CALLING ALL CHOCOLATE LOVERS!!! 🍫😍 ✨INGREDIENTS✨ 5 cups Hazelnuts 1/4-1/3 cup powdered coconut sugar depending on how sweet you like it - I used 1/3 cup 1/2 cup cacao powder 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 🚨IMPORTANT🚨 do not use any water based ingredient such as plant milk, maple syrup or another liquid sweetener. It will cause the nut butter to seize up and will not be smooth and creamy. Even vanilla should be kept to a minimum - just 1 tsp tops! 🔥 First start by roasting your Hazelnuts until golden. 425f for about 10 minutes should do the trick! Watch carefully at the end so they don’t burn!You can also buy them pre roasted! 👌If your Hazelnuts have skins on them rub them off by using a kitchen towel before adding them to your blender or high speed food processor. 😋 Blend until completely smooth - it should take less than 5 minutes. Hazelnuts are very easy to turn into nut butter! 🙌 To make your own powdered coconut sugar simply blend up your coconut sugar until it becomes a fine powder. 😍Once the hazelnut butter is super smooth add in the rest of your ingredients and blend again until fully incorporated. Serve it up and enjoooooy! I know you’ll be as obsessed with this as we are 🤤 😍

It is THAT good… For all my fellow raw vegan dessert lovers, or any dessert lovers, this one if for you - you are going to love it! Base ingredients; - 1 cup of walnuts - 1 cup of dates (pitted and soaked in hot water for 30 minutes) - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tbsp coconut oil Cashew cream layer; - 2 cups of cashews (soaked in hot water for 30 minutes or more) - 1/2 cup coconut cream - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1 tbsp coconut oil - 1 pinch of vanilla - 1 tbsp of 🍋 Directions; - Blend the base and set in a square tin - Blend the cashew layer and put it on top of the base - top with frozen raspberries (or any fruit of your choosing) and shaved dark chocolate - put it in the freezer to set, cut it, then keep it in the freezer (this dessert stays in the freezer). That’s it! Topping; - as much dark chocolate as you please - sea salt flakes That is it! Store it in the freezer, and you have the perfect raw treat 🤍

Quinoa Salad w/ Avocado Dill Dressing By @janetsmunchmeals Ingredients * 1 cup quinoa * 1/4 tsp kosher salt * 1/4 tsp pepper * 1/2 tbsp olive oil * Juice of 1/2 lemon * 1 tsp white wine vinegar * 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes halved * 1/2 seedless cucumber chopped * 1/2 cup packed roasted red peppers, drained, and sliced * 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion or finely chopped * 1/4 cup packed olives * 1 tbsp fresh parsley * 1/2 avocado diced Garlic Paprika Chickpeas * 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas drained and rinsed * 2 tsp oil * 1/4 tsp each garlic powder, kosher salt and paprika Avocado Dill Dressing * 1/2 an avocado * 1/4 cup mayo * 1/4 tsp kosher salt * 1/4 tsp pepper * 1/4 tsp garlic powder * Juice of 1/2 lemon * 2 tbsp fresh dill * 1 tbsp agave * 1 tbsp dijon mustard Instructions Cook quinoa according to package directions and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Squeeze in the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, stir. While the quinoa is cooking, chop the other ingredients and blend the dressing. Heat a large pan on medium heat and add oil, chickpeas, garlic powder and paprika. Cook for around 3 min, or longer for a crisp. Add all the components to the mixing bowl, stir, and top with the dressing. It’s fluffy and moist, super chocolaty and PERFECT for healthier snacking! INGREDIENTS: - 3 bananas - 1/2 cup coconut oil - 3/4 cup coconut sugar - 2 flax eggs - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 100 g chocolate chunks - 1 cup gf flour - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1 tsp baking soda - Pinch of salt INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 180 c / 355 f. In a large bowl mash the bananas. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and stir well. Add the dry ingredients and mix using a spatula. Add in the chocolate chunks and mix one more time. Pour into a greased 8x3 cake pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Slice & ENJOY!🫶 2️⃣ the fudgiest VEGAN BROWNIES🍫 // full recipe ↓ I promise you- this brownies recipe is LIFE CHANGING! It’s super easy to make and much healthier than probably every other brownie you’ve ever had🤩 oh and also- it’s gluten-free & refined sugar free! INGREDIENTS: - 1/4 cup hazelnut / chocolate spread (or any nut butter) - 1/3-1/2 cup dates syrup / maple syrup - 1/2 cup vegan milk - 3 Flax eggs (3 tbsp ground flaxseeds + 1/4 cup water - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 cup oat flour - 1/3 cup cocoa powder - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt - 50 + 50 g dark chocolate chunks (rsf) INSTRUCTIONS: Mix all the wet ingredients, add the dry ingredients and mix again. Add half of the dark chocolate to the bowl and mix to combine. Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and smooth it out. Top with the remaining chocolate. By @Veganer.wandel 1️⃣ High Protein Red Cabbage Rolls (🇺🇸🇪🇸⬇️) 📝 Recipe for 10 rolls 📊 Nutritional values: 553 kcal / 63g P / 65g CH / 3g F Ingredients: 1 large red cabbage 4 cm ginger 3 cloves of garlic 2 carrots 2 peppers 2 spring onions 100 g soy granules 50 ml soy sauce Toppings: Sesame, fresh parsley, chili flakes Dip: Sweet Chili Sauce Preparation: 1. Cut the stem off the red cabbage, then cook for 5 minutes until the leaves start to loosen, set the red cabbage leaves aside 2. Soak the soy granules in hot vegetable broth for 10 minutes and drain 3. Fry together with all the ingredients for the filling and deglaze with soy sauce 4. Blackened Chili Lime Tofu 🌿by @realizing_fitness 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed 2 tbsp neutral oil of choice, divided 1 tbsp tamari 1 bell pepper, sliced 1 onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp ancho chili powder, divided 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, divided 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste) 2 limes, juices 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/4-1/2 tsp red chili flakes 1/4 tsp pepper cilantro, chopped jasmine rice In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add tofu and cook on all sides until golden. Season with tamari and add 1/2 both chili powder and paprika. Cook until crispy and slightly blackened. Transfer to a bowl. In the same frying pan, add remaining oil. Heat and add garlic and onions. Cook for a few minutes and then add peppers. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, remaining chili powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, maple syrup and red chili flakes. Add tofu back into your frying pan and cook for a few minutes. Pour in sauce ingredients and fry. Add a little water, if necessary and adjust seasoning to suit your preferences. I served mine with more fresh lime and cilantro on a bed of jasmine rice. They need to be appreciated more for everything they do to the human mind, body and soul! This mushroom was so meaty and so incredible you won’t even think about needing meat ever again! 🤯 Ingredients 1 Punnet oyster mushrooms 1 Tsp Cumin 1 Tbsp Thyme 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 Tsp zaatar 1 Tsp smoked paprika 1 Tsp garlic powder 1 Tsp Celery salt Oil Pita Some salad, olive oil and lemon Yoghurt, cucumber and lemon Chillies Pickled red onions Method: 1. Start by mixing together your spices. Add a glug of oil to your mushrooms and then sprinkle the spices on top. Mix well to coat every bit of the mushies. 2. Now grab a skillet and a bit of oil add in the mushrooms. Add something heavy on top, like another pan or a bowl and press down, let cook for 3-4 mins until charred slightly and then flip the mushrooms and repeat the process. 3. Now mix together your salad ingredients in a bowl and your yoghurt ingredients in another bowl. 4. Heat up your flatbread, load on the salad and yoghurt, then the mushroom shawarma and then top with Chillies and pickled red onions and ENJOY!!

Blend raspberries, almond milk and maple syrup in a blender until smooth. 2. Pour into a large meal prep container then add chia seeds and yogurt. Mix well. 3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for up to 4-5 days! It’s so hard to find plant-based yogurt that is a good source of protein and calcium, that’s why I am obsessed with Siggi’s. I buy the one that only has 4 grams of sugar and I get mine at Whole Foods. Protein rich and contains healthy fats🙌🏻 Ingredients (1 batch) 430g chickpeas 2 medium ripe avocados 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp tahini 1 handful spinach 3 tbsp fresh lime juice 2 garlic cloves 0.5 tsp salt 0.5 pepper Red pepper flakes and olive oil for topping Steps: 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 2. Top with chili flakes and olive oil.
 2️⃣ Baba Ganoush💥 This is a good one! Use it as a dip or spread on toast🤤 So simple, so versatile! Ingredients: 2 eggplants 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp tahini 5 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 0.5 tsp salt, to taste 0.25 tsp ground cumin Pinch of smoked paprika 1. Set your oven to 230C. 2. Cut the eggplants lengthwise and rub them in oil. Roast the eggplant for 35 to 40 minutes 3. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Use a fork to mash and mix all the ingredients together. 4. Transfer the baba ganoush to a serving plate and drizzle olive oil, cilantro and a pinch of smoked paprika on top. Enjoy!

They are the perfect sweet treat to whip up this Mother’s Day. 🤍 Vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free and oil-free. Recipe: Raspberry Chia Jam: - 2 Cups Frozen Raspberries - 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds - 2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup - 2 Tbsp Hot Water Choc Tart Shell: - 1 & 1/2 Cups Roasted Almonds - 1 & 1/2 Cups Oats - 7 Large Medjool Dates (Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained) - 3 Tbsp Cacao Powder - 3-4 Tbsp Oat Milk - 1 Tsp Vanilla - Pinch of Salt Garnish: - 5-10g Melted Vegan Dark Choc - 6 Vegan Dark Choc Squares 1. Place all jam ingredients into a bowl and mash until smooth. Be patient with it, the raspberries with eventually melt and become jam-like. 2. Place all tart shell ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Push into to a 6-hole silicon tray and use your hands to create a well in each. 3. Fill with the raspberry jam and set in the freezer for 30 minutes. Garnish with chocolate and set in the freezer for 5 minutes. Enjoy! 4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Which #recipe would you try?👇 1️⃣ Sourdough Focaccia By @Shebakesourdough Recipe: Ingredients: 250g Bread Flour 100g All-Purpose Flour 275g Water 120g Levain 7g Salt 15g Olive oil/ Butter Instructions: 1. Autolyse flour and water for an hour (You can skip this step but this shortens the kneading time later on) 2. Add levain and salt and mix well. 3. Add olive oil or (softened) butter, knead well until you get a smooth homogenous dough. 4. Proof until double, giving it a fold every 30 min for the first 2h. 5. Cold retard (store in fridge) overnight. 6. Tip the dough out onto a well-oiled tray and let it proof. 7. Preheat oven at 250C. 8. Gently stretch the dough outwards towards the rim of the pan and dimple it. Add your favourite toppings. 9. Bake the focaccia at 230C for ~20-25min.
