bloody well did it! today i ticked off day 30 of the āno take out for a month challengeā. iām so chuffed. i failed at day 21 last month. so to do a whole 30 days has made me happy. my gym PT set me the challenge and iām not one to not rise to a challenge. it was never about take out being ābadā. it was more about not relying on take out i mostly donāt even enjoy anyway because iām too tired in the evening to function/think let alone cook food. itās made me food prep and batch cook more. itās made me make sure i always have baked potato and low calorie (pizza express small ones) pizzas in the freezer so on those āi canāt thinkā nights if there is no batch cooked in fridge i can use one of those. itās made me really think about whether i actually WANT a take out OR whether it was about the ease and convenience. most the time itās the latter. so tomorro iām having a take out and iām looking forward to it. moving forward itāll be a planned one or one because i genuinely want one and not because of pure ease and convenience. #weightloss #weightlossjourney #chronicillness #raredisease #chronicillnessawareness #rarediseaseawareness #chronicpain #chronicfatigue #challenge #30daychallenge #caloriedeficit #obesity #fattofit #weightlosscommunity #takeout #takeoutchallenge #notakeout #didit
