I’ve come down with a cold. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten actually sick. So what do you do when you just have to lay around and have a foggy brain from the illness? Make hexipuffs lol. I started this 2 years ago but put it away for a year while I did cross stitch. It’s the Moby Dick of knitting, the #beekeepersquilt I know I will finish it, plus I don’t have much further to go. I am good at long term projects. Maybe by Christmas I will have the rest of the hexipuffs knit, stuffed, and sewn together and I can curl up by the fire under this crazy quilt. I’m debating on making it a weighted blanket as well.... but as always I use witchcraft in my knitting or sewing. This project is perfect for that because it doesn’t require much focus on the actual pattern. You get into a rhythm and a meditative state to focus on an intention. So really it’s a blanket of spells. Different puffs have been made with different things going on in my life and that all comes together in one finished piece.
