5/6/2024 고등학교 buddy랑 방문한 Thein long 베트남 음식점이다. 내가 산호세에서 가장 베스트로 강추 할 수 있는 쌀국수 집. 작년에 나름 맛집이라는 쌀국수 집 기봤지만 그래도 난 여기가 젤 맛남. 미국이 확실히 물가가 ㄷ ㄷ. 쌀국수 두그릇에 스프링롤 하나 + 팁= $45😅 오늘도 변함 없이 넘버 3! 양이 어마무시하다. 여기 쌀국수는 면발이 정말 최고닷. 너무 헤비하지 않고 전혀 아쉅지 않으면서 먹기 편하고 소화도 잘 된다. Plus 여기는 면으로만 승부하는 곳 이 아니라는 것을 면 먹고, 고기 씹고 마무리로 국물을 삼키면 바로 알 수 있다. 사이즈가 어머무시 하지만 넘 맛나서 거의 바닥까지 보일 정도로 국물을 계속 원샷. 그리고 항상 갈때마다 주문하는 스프링롤은 재료가 신선하고 비넛버터 소스에 스리라차를 넣어서 잘 섞어줘서 거기다가 찍어 먹으면 완전 퍼펙트. 친구가 말하길 여기는 생선요리가 일품이라고 하던데. 담에는 함 먹어 봐야지. 점심시간이 되자 사람들이 몰려 들기 시작ㅋ 참고로 난 여기는 거의 평일에 방문. 주말에는 줄이 너무 길어서 먹지를 못 한다 (한번 try 했다가 좀 기다림). 산호세에 오면 한번은 방문 추천해요. 해장으로도 최고 그냥 쌀국수 땡길때 먹어도 굳굳. #thienlong #sanjoseca #phonoodles #vietfoodsanjose #lifeizgood4sho

The BEST egg coffee in the bay is @lacaphe.sj I’ve tried at leaet 3 different egg coffee spots and they all do well in their own ways but La Ca Phe fits all the lovely components of sweet, strong, and somewhat affordable! Eggspresso Hanoi ($6.95) This creamy yet strong coffee kept me up and focused for my drive to Santa Maria! I was surprised by how I didn’t get a caffeine crash and stayed well put. The egg portion is pretty standard but I really think it’s all about the art of their coffee because obviously they are doing something magical that makes a huge difference with other spots I’ve tried I definitely want to go back and actually visit the spot since I has my unpaid intern by birth (aka my brother) pick it up for me. 🚨 New tea & coffee shop in South Bay! From Vietnam! 🚨 One of the things my dad always reminds me is that when I'm in most Asian countries, if there's a line you should just go ahead and stand in it if you have time. 🙋🏽‍♀️ Folks over there usually stand in line not just for the hype but because whatever it is at the beginning of that line is worth the wait! Or should I say that it's worth the "weight" Haha After a gig on Friday I stopped by Vietnam town in San Jose and saw a huge crowd and a long line so I decided, hey why not? Found out that this is a spot from Vietnam that just opened recently here in the nor cal but has been open in SoCal. They're popular for both their coffee ☕ and teas 🧋but since I don't drink coffee I decided to try there house named tea "Phuc Long Milk Tea". I heard their drinks run pretty sweet so I decided to go with 50% sweet and less ice which they call 25% ice 🧊. Their drinks are always put in large cups 🥤 and now I know why that is. If you ask for less ice, they don't give you more drink they literally give you less ice. The ice in this particular drink would serve two purposes: 1) to help balance the sweetness of the drink a little bit and 2) The drink was actually still hot when I received it so the ice would have cooled it down.
