We were supposed to be having garlic chicken kebabs tonight, but I decided to make a sausage casserole instead! 😁 I used 3 Aldi skinny sausages, done in the air fryer, chopped up and thrown into a casserole dish with onion, green peppers and mushrooms that were fried in @frylighthq first, with a tbsp Worcester sauce, half a tin of chopped tomatoes blitzed in the blender, 1 tbsp @jdseasonings sausage casserole mix and 300ml water, then into the oven for 60 minutes at 200°. Earlier today I saw on a post from @amyscott3101 with this potato recipe and I was curious to try it - also I had half a carton of cottage cheese in the fridge that needed using. Halve new potatoes and pour over just enough boiling water to cover them, then cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Drain and add to a baking dish. Blend half a tub of cottage cheese with a clove of garlic and some chives and pour the mixture over the potatoes. Add a HexA of grated cheese to the top and bake at 200° in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the cheese bubbles. What holds you back is what you can’t yet see We tend to think we can do it alone, but that is not always possible: We hire mentors because they anticipate the obstacles we are going to face. We hire consultants because they recognize the patterns and context that lead specific outcomes. We hire therapists because they identify mental habits that sabotage wellbeing and can cause suffering. We hire academics because they can predict, in government, business, and policy making, the stages of growth we will predictively navigate. We join mastermind groups because others have often figured out ways to get better results faster and more efficiently. We hire coaches because we are too close to see how the way we think, what we do, and how we do it, are keeping us from reaching higher levels of success, connection, health, and fulfilment. Chicken in black pepper sauce with noodles this evening. It’s 1 syn per tbsp so per portion, this is all half a syn. It’s chicken, mushrooms, onions and green peppers, fried in coconut @frylighthq and add a tbsp of the sauce and a tbsp soy sauce and some cooked egg noodles. Served on a bed of spinach leaves for even more speed. I picked this up in a local Chinese supermarket. For without the ability to be a source of energy for others, very little can be accomplished.” What would you say your level of energy is like right now? Do you have a goal to delegate your marketing? It all depends on when the time is right. Here’s to know if, and when, you’re ready to delegate: 1️⃣ You don't have the time for it. How often have you told yourself, “I’ll get to writing a social media post tomorrow” several days in a row and have yet to write said social media post? If you have full intentions to write social media content but find that it keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the to-do list because you have too many other things on your plate, this is a sign that you may not have the time that you thought you did to dedicate to your marketing. In other words, it’s time to bring someone else in to ensure that months don’t float by without any new social media posts being published. 2️⃣ You're not an expert. Something that takes you 5 hours to learn and complete could only take 1 hour for an expert. Imagine what else you could accomplish in all of that time if you took that task off your plate and handed it to someone else! Additionally, why throw spaghetti at the wall and hope that it sticks? Working with an expert ensures that they have your best interests at heart and a solid strategy in place to get real results. 3️⃣ Your time is being pulled away from revenue-generating activities.
