Arigato Tokyo, par @brusselsbeerproject , superbe rice IPA, ou IPA à base de riz, en incorporation dans les malts, pour plus de légèreté, et ça évite le gluten, pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas 😉 La canette reprend le drapeau japonais, avec une belle diagonale, qui pourrait rappeler papy Boyington 😅 La coulée du liquide nous offre un visuel doré, limpide, pas une once de trouble… d’ailleurs, je n’aperçois même pas de bulles tant elles sont fines et peu nombreuses. Au nez, j’ai des notes de céréales, et plutôt herbacées. C’est assez léger. En bouche, vraiment sympa, j’ai une amertume bien marquée pour une légère bière de riz, et des parfums herbacés prononcés. C’est très agréable à boire, avec une finale majoritairement sèche, et pineuse, conforme à une IPA. Citrusy and a bit tropical aromas of pineapple, jasmine, grapefruit and gooseberry. Flavours are citrusy and a bit tropical, with pineapple, grapefruit, gooseberry and some herbs. Crisp mouthfeel, medium bitterness and not much sweetness. It’s bright, fruity, hoppy and dank with a unique rice flavour, which is balanced with the grapefruit flavour, making for a deliciously fun IPA! ひみつビール #ライスハック 前に飲みました #HimitsuBeer / #Risehack #RiceIPA #RisehackRiceIPA の バージョンアップ RICE HACK 2.0 #RICEHACK2 #クラフトビール #CRAFTBEER #地ビール 三重県 #自家栽培コシヒカリ RICE HACK2.0は前回のRICE HACKと比べて使ったお米の量は1.5倍に、ホップの量も2.5倍にパワーアップ。前回とは異なる酵母を使ったので今回のものは霞んだ見た目をしています。お米をたっぷり使っているのでカラーの薄さはRICE HACKの特徴の1つと言えます。 飲み口はとても軽やかでクリスピー。グレープフルーツ、キウイ、白桃のアロマが感じられ、口に含むとホワイトグレープフルーツの様な爽やかな苦味が感じられます。 お米は麦と比べると味わいは軽めなのですが、RICE HACKではお米をふんだんに使用しているので、柔らかでふくよかな甘みと軽快でさらりとした口当たりが感じられます。 このさっぱりとした風味は、じめじめした季節にはもちろん、これから待ち受けている暑い季節にもぴったりです。 お料理のペアリングには山椒を少し振りかけた鶏のから揚げなんか最高だと思います。 お米を使用したビールは、クリーンでクリアな味わいを持つことが多いです。また、お米はニュートラルな味わいなので、ホップや酵母の味わいを一層引き立ててくれます。今回のRICE HACK2.0では、お米もホップも大幅に増やしたので、たっぷりのホップから柑橘系南国フルーツのフレーバーをより一層引き出すことができました。 どこまでお米を増やしてビールが造れるのか、挑戦はまだまだ続きます！ ブルワリーさんより #ひみつビール

ぞくぞくビール入荷中！ 経験豊富なブルワー２人が三重県伊勢市に立ち上げた新規クラフトビール醸造所【ひみつビール】 祖父母が使っていた農業用の納屋を自分たちでリノベーションしながら醸造機材受け入れの準備を進める。 造ろうとしている1つは ファームハウスエールです。 これはベルギーやフランスの農家で伝統的に造られてきたビールの種類の1つで、 【仲間と飲むために農家が醸造するビール】 このビールは長い一日の労働から戻った農民の喉の渇きを癒すために醸造されていたのですが、 現代を生きる僕たちにとっても、長い一日の労働を終えた後に飲むのにピッタリのビールのうちの1つだと思います。 農家が栽培した地元の原料を使うこのビールはとてもドライで炭酸が強く、フルーティーである場合が多いです。 このビールのスタイルをメインに造る醸造所（ブルワリー）のことをファームハウスブルワリーと呼んでいます。 ブルワリーを構えるのは伊勢市二見町。伊勢神宮参拝者の宿泊場所として栄えた町です。 *･゜ﾟ･*:.｡..｡.:*･･*:.｡. .｡.:*･゜ﾟ･* 【RICE HACK 2.0】/ライスハック お米でビールって造れるの？ ビールは漢字で書くと麦酒と書きます。まぎれもなく麦からできたお酒がビールですが、お米を原料に加えることも伝統的にされてきました。その目的はボディを軽くして飲み口を軽やかにすることでしょうか。有名なドライビールにもお米が使われていますよね。 僕たちは以前に自家栽培のコシヒカリを使ったRICE HACHというビールをリリースしました。RICE HACKのアイデアはコロナによる不安定な社会情勢から、海外から買い付けている麦芽がもしかすると急に入ってこなくなることがあるのでは？と思ったことがきっかけでした。僕たちは麦も作っていますが、本業は米農家。お米だったら日本のほとんどの農家が栽培のプロフェッショナルなのでお米でビールが造れたら安定的に地元の原料の供給を受けることができるのです。 RICE HACK2.0は前回のRICE HACKと比べて使ったお米の量は1.5倍に、ホップの量も2.5倍にパワーアップ。前回とは異なる酵母を使ったので今回のものは霞んだ見た目をしています。お米をたっぷり使っているのでカラーの薄さはRICE HACKの特徴の1つと言えます。 飲み口はとても軽やかでクリスピー。グレープフルーツ、キウイ、白桃のアロマが感じられ、口に含むとホワイトグレープフルーツの様な爽やかな苦味が感じられます。 お米は麦と比べると味わいは軽めなのですが、RICE HACKではお米をふんだんに使用しているので、柔らかでふくよかな甘みと軽快でさらりとした口当たりが感じられます。 このさっぱりとした風味は、じめじめした季節にはもちろん、これから待ち受けている暑い季節にもぴったりです。 お料理のペアリングには山椒を少し振りかけた鶏のから揚げなんか最高だと思います。 お米を使用したビールは、クリーンでクリアな味わいを持つことが多いです。また、お米はニュートラルな味わいなので、ホップや酵母の味わいを一層引き立ててくれます。今回のRICE HACK2.0では、お米もホップも大幅に増やしたので、たっぷりのホップから柑橘系南国フルーツのフレーバーをより一層引き出すことができました。 どこまでお米を増やしてビールが造れるのか、挑戦はまだまだ続きます！ #ひみつビール #himitsubeer #ricehack 2.0 #ライスハック #riceipa #ライスipa #ipa #米 #ビール #beer #クラフトビール #craftbeer #japanesecraftbeer #三重県 #伊勢市 容量:350ml アルコール:5.0% スタイル: ライスIPA ホップ :
