12 WEEKS TO GET RIPPED Yeah, right 🤣 It only it were that easy. The reality is much more likely that the body you want is years away, not weeks. It comes with consistency and repetition, in both training and diet that doesn’t appeal to many. Building muscle is the ultimate definition of delayed gratification, and boy, does it teach you the art of being patient. Most “12 weeks to shred”, or “lose a stone in 10 days” programs, are unsustainable, and unlikely to result in any actual long term success, because they only teach you to chase the immediate quick wins, over the slow progression of building a stronger, more capable body. Losing weight, is easy. Changing your body composition, is hard. And by taking the hard path, you’ll eventually gain “easy”, in the long term. By which, I mean the maintenance of your body will require far less, and calories will be much higher. Unlike constant dieting which will always require you to restrict your calories (if all you do is remain under-muscled). Selling “years long”, nutrition & training programs is about as appealing as selling broccoli in a candy shop. However, as someone who yo-yo dieted, over exercised & struggled with her body weight for the majority of her life, I can tell you, that this really is the only thing that works. I’ve got some really exciting news dropping soon, and some more opportunities to work with me, either online or face to face, so stay tuned!
