Paraphrasing, he basically said if you are chasing an image (physical) and that’s why you’re working out/dieting, etc, that it’s gonna be fleeting. That THAT’S what your worth will equate to and THAT YOU’RE WORTH SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT!
