One of my favourite shots from @theimagecella to get me in the mood for my second ever photoshoot today! 📸 I first tried pole fitness 7 years ago at university and it quickly became my passion, having never found a sport I enjoyed. Following a few years of learning pole on and off, I started pole and hoop lessons at AJF last year, which further added to my aerial obsession. I found myself constantly thinking about aerial, which prompted me to look into doing a pole instructor qualification. I completed the Xpert Pole Fitness Level 1&2 course and Level 2 Gym-based exercise course in September 2023 and can’t wait to start teaching to get others started on their pole journey! 🥳🤍 #pdlayback #pdphotoshoot #pdcrossanklerelease
