#아티스트토크 불안은 어디서부터 시작하는가? 이번 아티스트 토크는 불안은 어디서부터 시작하는가?에 대한 질문으로 시작됐습니다. "인간은 탯줄이 잘리면서 태어나는 순간부터 불안이 시작된다." "태어난 사람들은 썩고 부패하며 이는 자연스러운 과정이다. 불안 역시 당연한 것이다." One of my favorite visual activities is something I call Crazy-8s: a pattern-matching treasure hunt. I just pick a shape or color and go hunting for at least 8 things that match. It's equally fun to do outdoors, inside the house, or at a special location like a museum. Last Wednesday I was at the Oakland Museum of CA @oaklandmuseumca and had a blast hunting and sketching "orange" in the Gallery of California Natural Sciences. It's a super-fun activity, you should give it a go! [Process: observational sketching on site in pencil > notes and reference photos made on site > additional research done at home > inking and watercolor done in studio > scanning and light optimizing & clean-up of file > file trimming into specific visuals > posting] . . . The man who waited for a kiss, 2014 - Osmar Mismar Pour cette performance, l’artiste se positionne sous les caméras de surveillance disséminées dans San Francisco. Il annonce sur Craigslist, ainsi que sur Grindr et Scruff, les deux plus célèbres applications mobiles geolicalisées permettant aux hommes gays de se rencontrer, qu’il « attend » un baiser. Il reste 30 minutes et quitte le site. L’attente est cartographié par une caméra à stenopé ; son exposition est relative au temps passé à patienter. Une detective que l’homme rencontré sur l’une des applications est invité à regarder les photos et à les classer en fonction du récit qu’il voit se dérouler.
