Picture dump from Tough Trails 2024. Tough Trails levede op til sit navn og var et hårdt løb. Jeg blev udfordret på de tunge carrys og da jeg måtte tage den ene lowrig om flere gange, vidste jeg at min chance for at nå igennem inden for timecapen var ødelagt. Tough Trails er så teknisk svært et løb og med så mange rigs, at man gerne skal tage alle forhindringer i første forsøg for at være sikker på også at have kræfter til de sidste forhindringer. Bruger man unødige kræfter på at tage en forhindring flere gange, er løbet gerne kørt. Derfor er det stadig et fedt løb der udfordrer og hvor man virkelig bliver presset til grænsen, og endda over. Jeg træner videre og jeg er klar på at give den et forsøg igen næste år. Om præcist en måned står jeg på startstregen til EM i Italien og jeg glæder mig helt vildt. Inden da har jeg lige et Spartan løb eller tre i Holland, og en Halvmarathon i Kolding for at få en masse kilometer i benene. Det har været og er en hård periode med eksamener, træning, løb, sponsormøder og endnu mere træning. Men jeg gør det fordi jeg elsker det, fordi jeg følger mine drømme, og fordi det gøre mig glad. Tak til alle jer der støtter mig, uanset om det er jer der træner med mig, jer der hepper på mig, mine sponsorer eller jer der agerer chauffør. Согласно правилам квалификационного отбора на Чемпионат Европы @ocreurochamps, который состоится в Италии 13-14 июня, по дисциплине «Дистанция 100 метров» каждая страна может заявить только 20 атлетов в 5 следующих категориях: • Youth - молодежь 12-15 лет • Junior - юниоры 16-19 лет • Elite/Senior - взрослые 20-39 лет • Master - взрослые 40+ • Adaptive - атлеты с ограниченными физическими возможностями (параатлеты) ☝🏻При этом 10 атлетов (5 мужчин и 5 женщин) – это обязательная квота от страны: по два представителя (мужчина + женщина) в каждой категории. 10 других атлетов квалифицируются национальной OCR-Федерацией @rus_ocr самостоятельно, и состав может быть любым. Учитывая растущую популярность дисциплины «Дистанция 100 метров», Федерация совместно с Детской лигой гонок с препятствиями @kidsocr проведут дополнительные квалификационные старты для определения 10 дополнительных кандидатов в состав национальной команды (прежде всего в возрастные группы). По результатам тестовых забегов будет принято решение об итоговом составе команды, представляющей страну в суперкороткой дистанции. ❕Приглашаем всех желающих представлять Россию на OCR-чемпионате Европы 2024 принять участие в отборочном этапе 18 февраля (воскресенье).
