Fairy Spirit Drum 🧚♂️💯 Spring is the time of the fairies. Or spring is the time when I sense them the most, I should add. 😋 🧚♂️Faeries are powerful beings and have been celebrated for such a long time! Honoring these mystical creatures a beautiful Fairy Spirit Drum was birthed recently. Made of cow hide, it is truly one of a kind! Its vibrant sound carries the energy of fertility, cheerfulness and amazing aliveness! 🪵The handle is forming a Tree of Life symbol made of elder wood. (Did you know that it’s considered the tree of the fairies?) This drum was almost completely ready when I connected with a little fairy creature at one of my meditations. I asked him what he wanted from me and he said he wanted to move to the drum. So I carved a little body for him made of elder wood. Before I fixed it to the drum I took it with Bianka to charge it among tulips and dandelions. (Best afternoon program I guess) After this little fairy creature moved to his home, I felt this drum is very strong and complete. ☺️Whenever we look at it, it makes us instantly smile and light hearted. Spring is here and we are back! 💃💯🕺 March was a super purifying and purging old energy month for us. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ For a fourth year in a row now we’ve decided to disappear from the web and social media hustle culture to fully concentrate on our annual fasting period. (Just before the magically powerful Spring Equinox time hit us hard with its full power.) This year we spent 10 loong days together supporting each other. We consider (water) fasting a very strong discipline not just because of the potential health benefits but more because we can really train the will of our spirit (that’s actually is quite like a muscle!) and our faith in the divine. Year by year we sense a miracuolus cleansing in our bodies combined with an increased sharpening effect in our mental functions. Best kick off the new season! 💯 Our first drum making workshop was spent in a very good mood ; so good that I am still feeling the beats of these potent drums in my body. 🥁⚡️ Three very unique and beautiful medicine tools were born at the previous weekend. One masculine, barrier-breaking powerful goat skin drum decorated with personal items. One old, wise tree handled fallow deer hide drum with beautiful, deep grounding sound and vibration. (Sadly but understandably I was not allowed to share this masterpiece publicly.) One potent, pure, light red deer hide drum with soft, nourishing energies. Everytime I am more and more amazed witnessing the birth of these one-of a kind sacred tools! I love accepting requests of making ocean drums especially if they are ‘spiced up’ with something special. This time I’ve been asked to paint a Tree of Life symbol on it and the end result for me was simply too beautiful to handle. 😊 😋 Amongst many interpretations I like the most how this ancient sign represents balance and harmony in all worlds. One side of this oceandrum is painted turquoise blue the other side is sand brown symbolizing the delicate connection between water and earth (shore). It has a beautiful, deep, rumbling sound; a perfect ally for sound bowl therapies. Voilá, that’s it’! Flame of little fires rattle 🔥💃 These days we enjoy having nice soul soothing walks in the nature surprisingly noticing how winter is loosing its grip. Actually we just realized that we are already halfway between winter and spring. 🙃 Honoring this sacred period of time we created a special rattle called ’Flame of little fires”. This winter time we are really trying to tune with the spirit of this season through the water element. ❄️💦 Embracing our work with seasonal energies we noticed how our creations are getting more and more potent. The power of water is so special for us especially when the energy of it is channeled in our drums and rattles. One of our ocean drums that was born not so long ago carried something very unique and ancient. Its deep and rumbling sound (as if deep waters and earth would move at the same time) gave that extra vibe one can only experience by the streams of living water. I painted a Triskelion symbol on it emphasizing the continuous renewal, the cyclical nature and the deep urge to unify body-soul and spirit. This time of the year is easy to become nostalgic. It’s time to catch up with translation and invite you to take a look at some of our best creations and moments we are still obsessed with.😊 First comes one of the most impressivly powerful drums I’ve ever co-created with a man. Zoltan came to our private drum making workshop with clear vision about how his drum would look like. This red beautiful beast is 60cm in diameters, decorated with ostrich feathers and labradorite crystal. It’s grip is a giant deer antler. What I really liked is the crescent moon shaped drumstick that actually serves as a rattle as well. The sound of this magnificent sacred drum is deep and resonant. It is certainly a great companion of the sound bowl healing sessions regularly hold by Zoltan. Thank you Zoltan for your trust. I truly enjoyed our creative time together.
