M. is a solo project of Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx, together with ex-Guns N' Roses guitarist DJ Ashba and singer, producer and songwriter James Michael. They have been active together since 2007. The album "Hits" is a retrospective celebration of the band's greatest hits and favorite songs from the past 15 years. Included are songs from the albums "The Heroine Diaries Soundtrack," "This Is Gonna Hurt," "Modern Vintage," "Prayers For The Damned" and "Prayers For The Blessed." In addition, the compilation also includes five unheard songs and mixes In 2007 Nikki Sixx recorded together with producers James Michael and DJ Ashba soundtrack for his book The Heroin Diaries They decided to compose the name of the band from the names of the individual members. Although it was announced that the band was to exist only for this album, the considerable success of the first single Life Is Beautiful ensured that the band continued to exist and released 5 albums until 2016. The genre is mainly typical US Alternative Rock. But the whole thing is very varied with great written songs. Fans of classic hard rock or metal will also get their money's worth. I had not expected so great music from these guys honestly, and was more positively surprised. Excellent musicians with intelligent and catchy music. Top. It contains the hit singles "Smokin' in the Boys Room" and the power ballad "Home Sweet Home" I won't say much more about mötley crüe, you all know the stories 😳😝🤘 Album facts : Theatre of Pain is the third studio album released on June 21, 1985.
