It’s a less zingy more fruity version. That one is more in your face grapefruit this one is more bergamot to balance that out. This has gotten me a bunch of compliments this week. House of Sillage has exclusive deals with WBU and Disney for fragrances based on a variety of their most popular characters. The Batman Vengeance was released a few years ago, to coincide with the movie. It's not the kind of scent you would expect being one that's based on The Batman, but it's not unpleasant. This was a bit disappointing for me, simply because I expected something darker. The candles are much closer to what I thought this would smell like. There's a new packaging for this scent, commemorating the 85th anniversary of Batman. If you already own this, or know what this smells like, then you already know what the new bottle has inside. Personally, I wouldn't get anything else from House of Sillage. The cap sheath takes a lot of effort to close, it's incredibly annoying. If you keep the bottle in the box, it won't close unless the sheath is secure in the closed position... ughhhh hate to admit that these were an absolute failllllll for me. I never like to talk about fragrances I don’t like because I feel like I’m bad mouthing the brand but sometimes fragrances don’t work for everyone and that’s okay !
