I know I'm a little late posting this, but last week was the first time I made it to Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot. I tried a lot of food, but for this post, I'll share the new items I had. Plus, May is Celiac Awareness month, so I can share all the gluten-free options I could have. EPCOT Farmers Feast: Seared Pork Tenderloin with corn risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice and roasted red pepper sauce - This was the best thing I ate. The pork was tender, and I love risotto. Florida Fresh: Grilled Warm Water Lobster Tail with Key lime sauce - I was a little disappointed with this. The lobster was tough to eat, but it did taste good. Hanami: Frushi-Strawberry, pineapple, and lychee wrapped in coconut rice and pink soy wrap served with whipped cream, drizzled raspberry sauce, and toasted coconut - Technically not new, but new to me because I was never sure it was safe for me to eat. I did some research mainly looking at @glutenfreedisneyworld food guide i discovered it's good to go (Thank you!). I enjoyed it. Trowel & Trellis Hosted by IMPOSSIBLE™ Foods: Chocolate Mousse Terrarium with matcha crumble and chocolate soil - I didn't realize this was new because I thought I had it before, lol. The match crumble was good, and the mousse was smooth and rich. Overall, I am pleased with everything I got, and this didn't include the items I had before. 🌷Really enjoyed our day yesterday experiencing #internationalflowerandgardenfestival We were here last year with my oldest son and he was in toddler tantrum mode so we didn’t get to enjoy all that much. So we took advantage of our kid-free trip this weekend to enjoy all that the fest has to offer! HIGHLY recommend attending this festival and trying all of the yummy food and drinks while enjoying the beautiful topiaries and flowers. I also rode Test Track for the first time this trip AND rode my favorite Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind twice in a row. It was also my first time going through Journey of Water and I just loved all of it!
