Imagine mountain pose head to heels line up parallel to the floor 2. Active gluteus, legs and abs 3. Arms at a 90 degree angle shoulders away from ears. Elbows hugged in and wrist under elbows. 4 Gaze forward to reduce pressure on shoulder. This pose strengthens core, arms , triceps , chest and a good overall prep for inversions and forearm balances.
