❗Mistrzostwa Europy GPC w Martwym ciagu @dawidwasiuk_ Zaliczone 292.5kg co daje : -PR względem poprzednik zawodów -Tytuł drugiego najsilniejszego nastolatka w Polsce w kategorii 110kg - 🥇w kat T3 110kg Uważam to za dobry wynik - zresztą jak każdy PR który stanowi o tym, że idziemy do przodu i żadne kontuzje nam w tym nie przeszkodzą. Oczekiwania Dawida oczywiście były wysokie jak zawsze 😁 stąd wysokie podejscia i zaliczone jedno. Po udanym 292.5kg pokusiliśmy się o 305kg na co jednak jeszcze okazało się za wcześnie. ME GPC TRUTNOV 2024✅ První závody sezóny 2024 se konaly v Trutnově, kde jsem startoval v kategorii 82,5kg při navážených 78,65kg 💪 Mířil jsem trochu na jiné výkony, ale dnes bohužel bylo v silách jen 272,5kg druhým pokusem. The lift that I've been wanting to attempt since last year September and the lift that I thought was impossible when I first started powerlifting 4 years ago. We broke my National record, Unofficial World record again. We broke the Total Weight Lifted record as well. I had to psyche myself up for this lift. Won female category and Best OVERALL Lifter including men by 108 points...(RPC and GPC use reshel points which is the same as the Wilks and dot formula...for those who don't understand, our weight, age and the total weight that is lifted is combined together and then they compare that to your competitors of the day). Our score Reshel DOT score was 786. My best to date. Kvůli problémům s čéškou na pravém koleni však jen velice lehce, tak aby to nijak neovlivnilo moji přípravu na MČR mužů a žen ve vzpírání. I’ve got a while now until I next compete so I can actually focus on some good rep work and hopefully get close to my best come the British Champs. Today was beltless Deficit Dead’s for 5’s upto 180kg, and a couple of sets of 10 on 140kg. DJI Inspire3の純正ケースは以前のInspire2比べて非常に良くなったけど、撮影現場で使うには他の周辺機器も必要になり結果として持っていくハードケースが増えてしまう。DJI トランスミッションの高輝度モニターとか、撮影部にフォーカスを送ってもらう関係上、ファーカスハンドユニットなんかも別で必要なので、一個のケースに入りきらない。また、純正ケースだと車に積み込むときに縦に立てると箱の側面がラウンドしているので、不安定になる。んで、今回買ったこのGPCのケースは本当に必要なものが全て入る上に上記の問題は全て解決。メディアを入れるペリカンが別途付属してくるのも非常にありがたい。極め付けはファーカスハンドユニットも入ってしまう。自分の悩みを聞いてくれたような製品で、これ現状最もおすすめです。 (もちろんInspire3ユーザー全てが自分と同じ環境での機材チョイスとは思わないので、あの最初についてくる純正ケースが悪いわけじゃないです。あれはあれで使いやすい。) おかげさまで撮影の仕事も様々なコンテンツで呼んでいただいてます。いつも本当にありがとうございます！ #DJI #DJIinspire3 #inspire3 #GPC #Goprofessionalcase
