Found these gorgeous pictures of my grand-mom from her wedding day in 1965. She was such a stunner and always carried herself with so much grace and poise. A strong-minded and smart woman, who could have command over an entire room with just her presence. For as long as I can remember, I was often told by relatives that I looked exactly like my dadi and, she would always find so much pride in that. In many ways I am like her as a person too - stubborn, strong-minded, opinionated and passionate. Even though, my grand-father retired as the ED of his company, everyone equally respected my grand-mom for the woman she was. RIP to my dearest dadi.
