Who says rain can’t be BBQ weather? 🌧️🔥 Embrace the spring weather this rainy Sunday with a sizzling BBQ recipe from our farm store! Our beef ribs are sure to delight! And don’t forget to grab some great side dishes too! Instructions for recipe 👇 1. Preheat your grill to medium-low heat for indirect grilling. 2. Season the beef ribs generously with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper (if using). 4. Brush olive oil on the grill grates to prevent sticking. 5. Place the beef ribs on the grill, bone-side down, away from direct heat. 6. Close the grill lid and cook the ribs for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bones. 7. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, start brushing the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture every 10 minutes, allowing it to caramelize and create a flavourful glaze. 8. Once the ribs are cooked to perfection and glazed with BBQ sauce, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. 9. Slice the ribs between the bones and serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side. 10. Enjoy your mouthwatering BBQ Beef Ribs with your favourite sides like coleslaw, baked beans or grilled corn!
