In addition to attending Floridania Fest - The Florida Memorabilia Show, I planned a private Tiki Boat tour through Tikitoursbythesea with some dear friends. I paid in full and received a confirmation email! We left #FloridaniaFest and arrived 15 minutes early as requested by the company! They were supposed to come to the Gulfport Marina to pick us up! We sat with our friends for over an hour waiting! The tiki boat never came. Nor did they respond to various emails, text messages or calls/voicemail. Part of the reason we pay for our #AuthenticFlorida experiences is so we can report back the good, the bad & the WARNINGS — places/businesses to avoid! All Tikitours Bythesea needed to do was let us know if they had to cancel our reservation! No communication whatsoever is completely unacceptable! We are in town for a limited time and this was a special occassion! They do not get our #AuthenticFlorida seal of approval, they get our BUYER BEWARE WARNING! 👎👎
