I now live with my husband and 3 kids in Houston, TX , where my two girls are dancing at Houston Ballet Academy. After spending many hours helping them put on their tights, do their buns, and taking them to their classes, I decided to start dancing again myself, and have enjoyed being back in ballet class this year! Within the embrace of dance, our Shaktis find a sanctuary where they can free themselves from their worries and inhibitions, tapping into their inner strength and connecting with their deepest selves. It's a space where judgement fades away, allowing them to express their truth and connect with others through shared passion. As Nehha Bhatnagar, our founder, beautifully says, "Dance is a therapeutic skill, and when learned in a supportive environment like Sarvam Shakti, it empowers and heals." 🪻 Today, we celebrate the strength and solace dance brings to our Shaktis.
