. 처음 필라테스 센터를 알아볼 때 이곳저곳 알아봤었는데 벌써 민경쌤 만나서 수업들은지도 1년이 훌쩍 넘었네요! 체험레슨 받자마자 아! 이곳이다 라고 강하게 느꼈는데 제느낌이 맞았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 늘 운동은 길어야 3개월이었는데 쌤이랑 운동하면서 제 몸을 이해하고 숨어있던 근육을 쓰게되는 재미에 계속 다니게 되요! 필테 일주일만 쉬어도 바로 몸에서 팍팍 티가나서 끊을수가 없어요 정말 ㅠㅠ 티칭에 열정 넘치시고 정도 넘치시는 울 민경쌤 늘감사해요!! 어디 가지 말아주세요!!!!! . 　 . 🟡 저와 함께 하신 클래식필라테스 수업에 대한 인상은 어떤가요? 　 🟣 근 2년간 운동을 되돌아 보았을 때, 선생님꼐서 내 몸의 운동 능력치를 체계적으로 한단계씩 업그레이드 시켜주셨다. 내 몸을 느끼고 쓰는 방법을 익히게 해주셨던 것 같다. 몸통 호흡부터 시작하여 하복부 쓰는 법, 견갑과 승모를 바르게 사용하는 법, 뒷꿈치와 허벅지 안쪽을 연결하는 힘 등등 내 몸 근육 간 연계성을 인지하고 익힐 수 있는 유익한 시간이었다. 　 2년간 같은 동작을 여러번 반복했지만, 그날 그날 선생님의 큐잉에 따라 전혀 다른 방식으로 몸을 쓸 수 있고, 그리하여 매번 작은 챌린지를 성취할 수 있는 것이 민경선생님과의 클래식필라테스가 즐거운 이유인 것 같다. 민경선생님은 기존의 지식과 본인 경험에만 의지하지 않는다. 필라테스 티칭에 대해 늘 새롭게 시도하고 고민하는 흔적이 수업 속에서 고스란히 느껴진다. 자칫 누군가는 원형 그대로의 필라테스만을 고집할 수 있겠지만, 민경선생님은 개개인의 운동능력과 컨디션에 따라 적절한 동작 변형과 도구사용을 적극 활용하신다. 그래서 민경 선생님과의 필라테스를 오래 경험할 수 있다면, 누구라도 나와 같이 운동능력향상과 필라테스의 즐거움을 만끽할 수 있을거라 생각한다. 　 🟡 운동하시는 시간 외에 일상에서 느껴지시는 변화가 있으신가요? 　 🟣 일상 속에서 몸을 바르게 정렬하기위해 속근육에서부터 사용하려고 한다. 기존에 뿌리박힌 나쁜 습관인 다리꼬기, 엎드려자기는 여전히 고치기 어렵지만 그럼에도 자세를 의식하고 개선하려 노력한다!! 　 🟡 클래식필라테스는 저에게 평생운동입니다. 저와함께 필라테스 계속 하실꺼죠? 　 🟣 네~ 조하요~!! 필라테스라는 운동의 첫 스타트를 선생님과 함께해서 저는 행운아인 것 같아요~!! 아주 작은 움직임 습관 AHOP

Today started with helping Sister Clara with her youth group, we drove them up to the cross in the desert and hiked a round, and then Apryl wanted to try tire pulling so she did just over half a mile with me for her first pull, and then I did 7.5 more miles and almost stepped right on the head of a rattler! . 📍스트레스는 장에게 영향을 준다 스트레스 받는 상황에서 배가 아프다던지 새로운 환경에서 과민성대장증후군을 겪어본 경험이 있는가? 이것이 바로 뇌와 장의 상관관계 때문에 나타나는 대표적 현상이라고 할 수 있다. ➡️ 스트레스는 ’자율신경‘이 크게 관련되어 있다. 스트레스를 받아 ’교감신경‘이 우위가 되면 장은 소화기능이 저하되어 소화불량을 일으키게 된다. 인간은 스트레스를 받을 때 극도의 에너지를 사용한다. 그런데 체내의 소화과정에서도 많은 에너지를 사용한다면 너무 많은 에너지가 고갈된다. 때문에 장은 스스로 장운동을 저하시켜 에너지를 줄이는 선택을 하게 된 것이다. 📍자폐, ADHD, 우울증에도 영향을 끼치는 장내세균 1️⃣ 행복호르몬으로 알려진 세로토닌의 95%는 뇌가 아니라 장에서 생성된다. 미국 샌프란시스코 캘리포니아대학교의 신경과학 연구팀이 <셀>에서 낸 논문에서 ”세로토닌을 만들어내는 장점막에 분포하는 내분비세포들이 주변 신경세포를 통하여 뇌에 전달하는 매커니즘을 발견하였다“고 하였다. 연구에 의하면 세로토닌은 실제 신체 내 분포에서 소화관에 95%가 존재하고 나머지 5%가 중추신경계에 존재한다고 한다. 2️⃣ 장내유익균과 ADHD는 연관되어 있다 2003년 <대체의학 리뷰(Alternative Medicine Review)>에 ’주의력결핍과 과잉행동장애(ADHD)‘ 에 대한 논문이 발표되었다. ADHD가 있는 아이 각각 10명을 상대로 이 실험을 했는데 놀랍게도 ADHD치료제인 리탈린 처방받은 아이들이나 프로바이오틱스를 처방받은 아이들의 치료효과는 같은 수준이라는 결과가 나왔다. 3️⃣ 장내미생물과 우울증은 화학적으로 연관이있다 프랑스 국립보건의료연구소의 연구에 의하면 만성스트레스에 의해 장내미생물의 균형이 깨질 경우 우울증과 비슷한 행동이 나타나는 것을 발견했다. ➡️ 뇌와 혈액의 칸나비노이드 함량이 줄어들었던 것이다. 칸나비노이드는 몸에서 생성되는 천연화학물질로 뇌에서 칸나비노이드가 결핍되면 우울증과 비슷한 행동이 나타나게 된다. 📌장을 건간하게 하려면 어떻게 해야할까? Ft.운동이 건강에 좋은 이유 ✅ 운동을 하면 혈액순환이 좋아진다. 정맥혈의 경우 중력을 역행에는 뼈와 힘줄에 붙어있는 골격근의 수축운동이 결정적인 역할을 한한다. 또한 운동을 하게 되면 근육이 사용하는 혈액 양도 급격히 증가한다. 혈액량은 평상시 15~20%의 정도에서 운동을 하게 되면 80~85%로 증가한다. 결과적으로 인체 각 기관들에게 혈액을 통한 양분 공급을 풍부하게 증진시킨다. ✅ 면역력이 더 높아지는 효과가 있다. 인간의 몸에는 약 3L정도의 림프액이 돌고 있다. 세포에서 사용된 혈액의 노폐물과 바이러스, 백혈구 등은 모세혈관과 림프액에 나뉘어서 수거된다. 림프액 순환에 영향을 주는 것은 림프관 주변 골격근의 수축, 림프관 벽 근육의 수축, 호흡시 나타나는 횡격막의 수축이다. 따라서 림프액 순환을 원활히 하기 위해 가장 중요한 것은 근육운동과 호흡운동이라고 할 수 있다. ✅ 운동 자체가 장내미생물과 관련이 있다 운동이 장 건강에 도움이 된다는 연구결과들이 있다. 연구 내용 중 흥미로운 부분은 운동을 통해 장내미생물환경이 좋아지면 이것이 운동에 대한 흥미를 유발시켜 다시 운동을 하게 하는 선순환을 일으킨다는 것이다. ➡️ 이러한 기전이 나타나는 이유는 젖산이다. 고강도 운동을 하면 근육에 젖산이 쌓이는데, 운동강도가 높아지면 젖산의 양이 많아져 간에서 다 해독하지 못하고 장으로까지 가게 된다. 그런데 장에서 젖산은 장내미생물이 좋아하는 먹이이므로, 장내 유산균들은 먹이를 얻기 위해 다시 운동을 유도한다. 운동의 선순환이 이루어지게 되는 것이다. 꾸준한 운동습관을 가진다면 근골격계의 개선 뿐 아니라 현대인의 고민인 대사질환 및 장건강 또한 회복할 수 있다! 운동 안할 이유보다 운동을 해야만하는 이유이다😀 아주작은 움직임 습관 AHOPilates
