Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare recently facilitated a Youth Mental Health First Aid class for Advocates at CASA Child Advocates After completing the training, each Advocate earned a three-year certification as a Youth Mental Health First Aider. The instructors, Beth and Tanya, led us through the curriculum and activities to aid in recognizing signs and applying specific tools when interacting with youth.
