🍭🍬 Self love is sweet 🍬 🍭 So I did this activity with my students today and let me tell you it was one of the most meaningful conversations I’ve ever had with my students. We talked about how the little voice that tells us bad things about ourselves is not always true. We talked for a long time about the importance of speaking to ourselves kindly, but how it’s really hard to do. At first my students really didn’t want to talk about the things they loved about themselves and it was very hard to talk about.
