A snack before dinner cause I couldn’t wait until dinner to eat! Had to try Maks noodles it has a Michelin star and was highly recommended to me. Their signature shrimp wonton and noodles were so good! The noodles had more of a chewy texture 😍 Perfect portion size which I shared. You can also get the two mixed, a curiosity from Hong Kong worth enjoying if you have not yet. Having the milky brew helps you go over the long menu, which can be a little intimidating. As the level of your coffee or tea eventually goes down, they will come around and offer a refill, a very pleasant surprise. Between 08:00 and 11:00 daily they have a list of fourteen breakfast sets, but you can order many of these items a la carte throughout the day. Try at least one order of their French toast, which is described as “Western style” but is thoroughly a product of these islands. The fluffy fried bread they are served with is reason enough to order it, even if the fillings are just average. The peanut butter French toast ($7.99) has a thin layer of its namesake ingredient, sandwiched by two thick slices of their excellent bread.
