Today is a little bit different for me. For most of us itโs a bloody joke ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ But on this day, four years ago my life changed. The direction, where I thought my life was going, took a major turn, and there was nothing I could do about it. But itโs crazy how life turns out. We think weโre headed on a certain path with all the boxes ticked moving forward as one unit and everything should be hunky-dory and in its right place. One phone call. Yes, a phone call. Changed all of that for me, and my three little ones. My world was completely turned upside down and I had no idea what to do. At this time, it was basically damage control mode. I wonโt go into all of the details, but today is a special reminder to me. But looking back at how I have grown over these years, what has changed, the relationships I have built with my kids, improving my mental health exponentially, the way I view life and learning that tomorrow is never guaranteed, we only live for today and sometimes youโve gotta go through a hell of a lot of shit to really grow into the person you need to be, what your kids need you to be! When these life changing events occur, itโs only natural and normal to not see anyway through it. If that phone call didnโt take place, I could probably still be in the same position doing the same thing and not knowing my kids like I do today. STUFF THAT! Nothing is worth knowing and building an unbreakable bond with my kids! Also meeting amazing people which I never would have and I would never have grown to where I am today. Not all life changing decisions are bad. They may seem bad at the time, but really they could be opportunities in disguise. What a great first day of Sprouts Spring session! Many of our friends were returning and they were so excited to be back in the forest exploring and playing with friends! They welcomed our new friends and extended that excitement and it was a wonderful day for all!
