Space themes, swirling fruit and a galactic cow for my good pals at @coastmountainbeer. "A milkshake beer with lactose, fruit and a billion hops? That can't possibly taste good!" I hear you exclaim. Alas, it tastes like I just got hit with the entire milky way and at 8% a pop, it sure as hell feels like it too. Fair to say I love how this turned out. @martinchambeando and the boys definitely did some science on this one. That's about all I've got for a coherent beer explanation. Go drink it, it's nice, you'll feel good... but not if you're lactose intolerant. 🐄🪐🍻

Chupacabra is a beautiful thick and oily imperial pastry stout whose base was resting on tonka beans and coconut. The main story is 140 kilograms of thick cherry puree, which we added during the fermentation phase. The idea was to get fine liqueur-like notes of cherry, together with some acid that would balance the sweetness of the base and adjuncts. It's complex, with prominent aroma and flavors of chocolate, vanilla, almond, coconut and cherry... It's a dark pitch beauty! THIS IS WHY WE BREW!
