I am not pushing for everyone to switch to a “meatless” diet but maybe develop meat and dairy consciousness and reduce the level of meat in our regular eating habits. One idea might be to have a meatless Monday or a Dairy-free Friday. A small switch to a more plant-based diet will help combat climate change, and soil, air, and water pollution, and help our oceans' life cycles.
