Who benefits from keeping you afraid? False prophets benefit from keeping you afraid. As someone who has absolutely profited from sharing my spiritual gifts I wanted to write you a love note and reflection, it is more of a question: WHO BENEFITS FROM KEEPING YOU AFRAID? “If you rely on me to save you… why would you ever rely on you?” If you no longer needed their services… If you no longer needed them to divine for you, read your tarot or oracle cards… If you no longer needed their candles or spiritual item… WHERE WOULD YOU TURN? This is not to say that there aren’t beautiful people with incredible gifts. Spirit guides who are intentional and move with integrity. What I am reflecting on today is the commodification and commercialization of religion (WHICH IS NOTHING NEW). There have been people banking on your fear, benefiting from keeping you scared everyday of your life. Often, people are being scared out of thousands of dollars, just to buy the thing “they are selling,” that promises to save you from yourself. And you know why these “false profits,” (false prophets) are so successful? They can smell your desperation and your NEED for real, authentic spiritual assistance and guidance. Many of you do need help, and you want desperately to believe. You really are crying for help. You want your quick fix. Many of you are addicted to your suffering and addicted to people you believe can save you. You really want to believe that the person you are investing in—is invested in YOU. BUT ARE THEY? Are they invested in you? OR Does it benefit them to keep you afraid? Does it benefit them to keep you buying what they’re selling? I can’t sell you faith! I can’t sell you your belief system! I can’t sell you a spiritual practice and shift in mindset! I pray you know that what you need can’t be bought. There is no price for the relationship GOD wants to have with you. Temporary Form: All form is temporary and the wanted satisfaction associated with whatever is reached for is also temporary. This is the exact reason why one is constantly reaching for something and remains unsatisfied... Not being satisfied is so subtle and how you will know being unsatisfied is in place is by the need to reach for something. The misunderstanding of the temporary nature of all form is what makes one constantly reach for satisfaction. If it was known the reaching wasn't going to quench the satisfaction thirst, it most likely wouldn't be done. You’ll reach for whatever your conditioning deems as needed, and even though it may temporarily quench the thirst, it doesn't last and hence the reaching commences. When the temporary nature of all things begins to be understood, one becomes aware of the nonsense of reaching. This doesn't mean the reaching will magically end, but you will start to understand the true nature associated with reaching. If there wasn't the satisfaction associated with food, dessert, tv, drugs, alcohol, gambling, yoga, meditation, ad infinitum, reaching wouldn't be done. Everyone who reaches for something assumes there's going to be some sort of satisfaction derived from it. Existence is pretty stable as far as life being life, but the events that occur within life are not. There is constant change in everything, but the mind is mostly blind to this because it wants stability (permanence). It defaults to making you believe the next fix will be it, but I guarantee you the next fix only leads to the one after that and so on. It never ends because there's nothing permanent that allows it to end. Because everything is temporary, the wanted satisfaction associated with whatever is reached for is also temporary. For the first time in 2,5 years I take time off from my workout routine. Only for this week, but for someone who is normally working out 6 times a week (and at times twice a day), it was not an easy and a straightforward decision to make. LUCKIEST DAY OF THE YEAR Yesterday I stepped out of my comfort zone, I talked myself out of going to the manifesting workshop three times before I finally booked on and went on my own because… mum guilt. Taking an afternoon away from my girls, or spending money on my idea of FUN feels uncomfortable. In the workshop Suzy even said “give yourself 3 seconds and you can talk yourself out of anything”. Is it a coincidence that I was there on the astrological luckiest day of the year? Is it a coincidence that the lovely lady next to me asked about doing a nutritional therapy in the Q&A but then went on to say.. but what I really I want to be is a Reiki healer after digging deeper… It wasn’t a reiki healing workshop it was a manifesting workshop!! This is a quote from one of my favorite books about reality creation called Reality Transurfing. Going through and putting together my first 2023 dance reel truly brought me so much joy. Not because of the projects that I've been in, but the people that were along the journey with me.
