Rest day yesterday so had a spell in the hot tub to relax. But that was yesterday. Back to business this evening as I'm loving the Spin Bike. On my exercise bike, my aim was 20 minutes minimum. This is more work, more challenging and I'm doing at least 35 minutes. I am doing the warm up and the cool down as well as picking my own route on Google maps. I've done holiday places and my birth town with various inclines so I'm watching places I know and feeling challenged .
