struggling to get to the gym?
I feel uuuuuu I really do…stole this caption from one of my posts a little over a year ago but has to revisit some of my own tips so thought you might need a refresh as well🤭
some of my fav ways & best tricks to get HYPE for that lift you just don’t wanna do:
🔘plan a pre-workout snack that you are excited to eat
🔘pick out a cute fit
🔘treat yourself to your fav energy drink or find a new bomb pre workout
🔘make a playlist of your all time top tunes and blast that shit on the way to the gym & have a lil concert
🔘find a post workout meal/shake/snack you can’t wait to eat!
🔘plan a CONSISTENCY reward for yourself that has NOTHING to do with numbers/weight/etc…like once you’ve been consistent with the gym for a month or hit your macros for a solid week
🔘❗️and finally my most important tip, is remember to give yourself grace and also allow rest when needed.
life is HARD and living a healthy lifestyle is HARDER, but so worth it in the end! keep your head up & got get it bb I know you can❤️🔥
