Our Annual Beer WOD and Anniversary Party is this Friday, May 3, starting at 5pm! We will start with a warmup and WOD followed by potlucking and celebrating into the evening, so stop by anytime! <br /><br />This year is a big milestone as we celebrate 10 years as a CrossFit Affiliate and 9 years since we officially opened our doors.<br /><br />As always, any carbonated bev can be used!
