Making @kingarthurbaking’s 💫 CINNAMON STAR BREAD! 💫
Okay I spent a long time, it’s a little labor intensive, but it is SO WORTH IT, this beautiful pull-apart loaf is worlds better than anything cinnabon can make!
I poured so much magick and love into this Venus Day bake! As always, it reminds me of my favorite tarot card - the Star.
Let us feel hope, let us feel the recombination of all our parts into one brilliant whole, shining for all to se.
Slide 1 - The finished Cinnamon Star Bread!
Slide 2 - The dry ingredients in my stand mixer’s bowl!
Slide 3 - The resulting ball of dough in my fist!
Slide 4 - 642g after its first rise!
Slide 5 - Divided into 4 equal balls!
Slide 6 - A ball rolled out into a 10” disc!
Slide 7 - That disc covered in beaten egg and cinnamon sugar!
Slide 8 - The stack of 4 discs of dough, cut into 16 strips around!
