Double Session Saturdays ๐Ÿ’ช Tough end to the week definitely tired today and Thanks to Juan and Emilo for dragging me thru alot of the Bootcamp Wod ๐Ÿ‘<br /><br />Lifting Class Snatch and Overhead Squats <br /><br />Every 90secs x 5 sets<br /><br />1 Powersnatch<br />1 Hang Squat snatch<br />1 Squat snatch <br /><br />Started light and kept light to work on snatch technique still learning and trying to get better. 45kgs up to 55kgs<br /><br />Every 90secs x 5 sets<br /><br />3 Overhead squats <br /><br />Power snatched each set and then went into Overhead squat.<br /><br />Started at 40kgs up to 55kgs<br /><br />3 sets for quality of <br /><br />8 Strict pull ups <br />12 Ring dips<br />16 Barbell curls <br /><br />Bootcamp 40 min running clock<br /><br />Teams of 2 shared <br /><br />Complete 50 -40 - 30 - 20 - 10 Reps of<br /><br />Dual Dumbbell Thrusters 2 x 22.5kgs<br />Handstand push ups <br />Burpee over Dumbbell <br /><br />Run 400m together <br /><br />10 - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 Reps of<br /><br />Backsquats at 50kgs<br />Toes to bar <br />Barbell Reverse lunges at 50kgs <br /><br />Run 400m together <br /><br />Teamed up with @e.m.rs and Juan so worked as a 3 with 2 working same time trying to be Synchro.
