Lifting Class Snatch and Overhead Squats

1 Hang Squat snatch
1 Squat snatch
Started light and kept light to work on snatch technique still learning and trying to get better. 45kgs up to 55kgs
Every 90secs x 5 sets
3 Overhead squats
Power snatched each set and then went into Overhead squat.
Started at 40kgs up to 55kgs
3 sets for quality of
8 Strict pull ups
12 Ring dips
16 Barbell curls
Bootcamp 40 min running clock
Teams of 2 shared
Complete 50 -40 - 30 - 20 - 10 Reps of
Dual Dumbbell Thrusters 2 x 22.5kgs
Handstand push ups
Burpee over Dumbbell
Run 400m together
10 - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 Reps of
Backsquats at 50kgs
Toes to bar
Barbell Reverse lunges at 50kgs
Run 400m together
Teamed up with @e.m.rs and Juan so worked as a 3 with 2 working same time trying to be Synchro. Really Sweaty one and definitely I felt it getting thru the Thrusters but thankfully Emilo and Juan dragged me thru and what was a really tough Wod we finished getting to end of the 20 reps in Backsquat/Toes to bar/reverse lunge part.
