I was going into a lean phase - that was the plan
But I’ve decided I’d rather not 🤌 🧠 💪
My performance and progress recently has been great and I’ve never felt stronger, rather than leaning down a little by controlling my intake more - I’m going to add in some running and work on my endurance for the next 6 weeks and see what changes occur
Im gunna concentrate on my building for the rest of this year and really see what I can achieve
I think a “mini cut” will still be in order soon as im gunna be 5 months into my build at the end of May - it’s flown
But let’s see what fuel and endurance work will do for my conditioning first 🤌💪
