Schedule your time out and make it a regular and flexible practice. The latter may be tricky as we may be tempted to set it aside or skip it. How about trying both?<br />I find it very helpful to have a steady morning routine which incorporates a little ritual of mirror- work (greetings from Grande Dame Louise L. Hay), saying affirmations while getting ready in the morning.<br />I also notice when I need to take things slower because of the increased speed of the outside world. I carefully take it step by step, especially when my agenda is at the top. I find it works better, much less stress, no mistakes or forgetting and the best: there is always a little extra time to breathe or do something you like or even to reward yourself.<br />When I have done most of my week's work I schedule a time out to recharge renew and reward myself. You can't always give. You need to have what you want to give. You need to give it to yourself, take good care of yourself. I think we all learned a lesson there in the last years. Yes, I admit I would like to have more time for recharging and sometimes I need to postpone the me- time. I work 7 days a week as you see here. But there is always a solution and as we know: if you set an intention and make a decision, it's set into motion and on its way to you.<br />What are your needs regarding this?
