Kids Yoga Storytime combines yoga poses with appropriately themed books. We will incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to manage emotions and self-soothing techniques. This series will offer restorative and relaxing postpartum yoga focusing on shoulders, back and legs -- all the parts of our bodies that feel the stresses of caring for a new child.
