I snuck into a crypt 🤫 So, here's the story: graveyard was doing an open day, and with that, free tours of the crypt. However, all the tickets went before I got there. But the tour guides just left the doors open when they went through, and I just walked in casually, like I was meant to be there! The gothic chapel above was also pretty cool.

One rough thing about not having a job right now, is one of my favorite activities in the whole wide world is buying quirky stuff (scroll to the end to see the insane coffee mug I found, but didn’t get). Namely: creative & MCR things from small business owners/artists, and thrifting. Seriously, thrifting is ✨magical. I’ve been a vintage collector since I was 12 or so years old (way before it was “in”)- the hunt of it, the joy of finding something weird/unique is fun, but I also am HUGE into sustainability and rejecting fast fashion, wasteful consumerism and probably, 95% of all my clothes/shoes/furniture/belongings are second hand. I realize I’ve got some cognitive dissonance going on though bc I enjoy collectables, but I usually always get those second hand too. Like my daughter’s Dr & Nurse Plague squishmallows I got her for her birthday this week- she’s been wanting these for a loooong time. I found them on Poshmark & Mercari and I hoped they were both the same size, I got lucky that they were! I gave them to her for her birthday, which was fitting because she was sick her entire birthday week. ❤️🩹. I’m NOT GOOD at secrets, and my daughter and I were watching a horror show (Haunting of Bly Manor) with a plague Dr in it and my lil girl was so happy to see it. It was rough for me not to squeal that I had gotten her a plague Dr. - I did give it to her a few days before her bday though! But before I quit my job- I did save up a reserve bc I *knew* I would have to get in my emotional support therapy aka thrift shopping. Anyways, I have found SO MANY GOOD shirts lately, and I can’t adopt them all because you know, no job- but I just had to get this Goosebumps one. 😭. Funny ish story about photos here - the security said I couldn’t take off my shoes for sanitary reasons.
